i choose to write this blog about how i thought about the book we just read in class. now that i have completed the book i can say that i actually liked the book. i liked the book because orson wells kinda relates to my brother lol, my brother relates because he kinda treats people who he doesnt no with no respect at all but he doesnt do it to be mean its just his personallity and hes realy nice when u get to no him. now that we have read thee book i look forward to watching the movie so i can see if they are the same and to see witch one i like more

this week we started a book called orson wells, so far the book is good and entertaining. the thing that i like the most about the book is that orson wells is so crazy and cocky. i think that it makes the book better because it adds exitment to the book, for example when someone came late to work one time he flipped out on them and fired them. i look foward to getting back to the book because we left off on a good part and i wanna no what is going to happen

vegas

On febuary 12, 2011 my family of seven travled to las vegas for my mothers wedding. when we arrived at lasvegas airport we noticed that our bags were missing. my mother lazzaria went to the counter and asked about the bags, when the manager came to he counter he was 6'7 and weighed about 275 and had a really deep voice he asked "how mey i help you" my mother answered " our bags have been misplaced"as soon as she fined her sentence he said "are you lazzaria jackson" "yes" she replyed emedietly she was hand cuffed and taken into an investigation room i went with her and the rest of the family went to check into the hotel. when we got to the room there was noone in their and noone followed us in, but as we walked in the door shut behind us and locked. we sat their for about an hour and noone cam , then somehow the handcuffs unlocked and so did the door, as if it was on a timer, we wonderd wat was going on then we walked out the door, when we walked back out of the room their was noone in the airport no staff or pedestrians. we called 911 and nobody answerd then i thought something was wrong. we went outside and saw a dead silent, deserted city. we decide to go to the hotel and see if anyone is there, surprisingly there was one person at the counter, we went to the counter he said " how can i assist you" then i thought to myself he looks famuliar when i noticed he was the same guy from the airport, i asked him was he the same guy and he stared at me like i was crazy then looked back at my mom, gave her the room key, and walked trough the staff door. i told my mom we should follow him ecause i was suspicious, she agreed so we followed him. we opend the door and nobody was in the room and there was no other door to leave. when i turned around to talk t my mom she was gone to, but the room key was on the counter. i took the key and went to the room. when i got into the room my whole family was there and my borther said "you were in the bathroom for a long time" i turned around and the hallway door that i came out of was now the bathroom door i closed the bathroom door and went to look for someone, when i opend the halway door theres people everywhere, i walk to the lobby and thers more people. everyone is walking and talking as if everything was normal. when i went outside to the city it looked just as i expected las vegas to look. i started to walk and down the strip and go site seeing then i started to notice hat every other person was identical, then it got worse and everyone was the same person. my head starts to hurt really bad and my sight gets blurry. then i woke up in the hotel room, not my hotel room an empty hotel room. i was chained up and the the guy from the feont desk comes in with my family, they stare at me and then they started talking to me in a different language, their skin starts to change and ther start to close in on me when they get near me, i can see that their not human and the chains start to pull on my arms and legs the just when i feel like its gonna rip my lims off i black out. this time i dont wake up on earth i wake up in a field full of basketballs and hoops and a guy with white and red on and a 6 on his shirt, he said i was in the after life and he pulled out a clear ball and showed me the last few day befor i died. it showed my family bein ubducted and killed the exact same way as i did and the family that i had in las vegas wasnt real it was all a fake. then my family walk to me in the after land and we live our lives there

make up blog- wedding

2 weeks ago my family travled to las vegas fo my moms wedding, when we got to las vegas on saturday we checked into the hotel and then went to eat at hooters. after we ledt to eat me and all my siblings went outside to walk around the strip. at about 10:30 tings started getting fun, we started to see alot of drunk people walking around talking to themselves or yelling at someone else, that night we ordered pizza and went to sleep, on sunday we me and my step sister had tickets ot go see the jabawokeez dance it was mor than we expected because there was also drunk people there witch made the show 10 times more interesting, later on that night i went to watch my mother play the slot machines the i went to play some myself after i figured out i wouldnt win anything the sequrity came and ask for my id. of course i didnt have one so they made me leave the casino. on monday the most important day of the trip i woke up late and had to hurry and get dressed for my moms wedding and meet the rest of the family at the chapple where we went over the recidal. after we were ready i walked my mom to the preist were she got married. later that day we went to the reception and ate. on tuesday we had all the fun we ould until the plane came and took us back to columbus

make up blog- 4 day weekend

this past weekend was one of the funnest weekends of  the school year. on friday night after the game mark, mitchell, kevin, keith, jabari, and i all went to buffalo wild wings to eat. when we were eating someone dared mitchell to take a shot of "blazin" sauce. (the hottest sauce at the resteraunt) for some reason mitchell took the bet and began to drink the sause, when he drunk it he started caughing and crying (lol), but the bet said he couldnt drink water for 2 minutes. so after the 2 minutes were up mitchell drank alot of water when we noticed that his lip was swolen (lol). after we left the resteraunt we all went to marks house to stay the night. the next day i went to my friend drians hose to watch the dunk contest game and we had alot of fun and pizza. on sunday we all stayed at my friend antwains house and played "hide n seek" untill 2 am. at about 2:30 his mom made us breakfast and we went to sleep. then in the morning we had another breakfast that his dad made and we all went home.

make up blog- basketball

in this blog i want to talk about our basketball season. in the 2010-2011 basketball season all three of the boys basketbal teams started off undefeated, until we played pickerington north. when we played pickerington north the jv team struggled through the game and ended up loosing. after that game we lost 3 strait games and thought our chances of winning the occ title was over. but after playin grove city we new we had to pull it together and beat our rival team raynoldsburg to have a chance at the occ title, we played a very good game against them and ended our loosing streak. in the second half of the season we beat pickerington north but we still lost to grove city, after that loose our coach told us that we couldnt win occ even if we beat every team after that. so we went to reynoldsburg and play another good game to beat them, after we won coach potter told us that he had told us we couldnt win the occ to make us play harder. then we played our last game of the year to beat groveport and we ended up tying for the occ title.

breons superbowl blog

this week was probably the best week of school for many reasons. the first reason is we had two SNOW DAYS!! witch means we only had 3 days of school. the other reason is we beat pickerington north witch is the first team we lost to this season now were going on to win the occ. the last reason this is the best week is because the steelers LOST in super bowl and i hate the steelers. im also lookin forward to this week because we play grove city witch is the 2nd team we lost to, and on saturday im goin to las vegas for my mothers wedding.     p.s i wont be at school monday or tuesday of next week.

human rights blog

the first book we read was Night John. Night John was about a african american guy who was an escape slave, while he was on the run he tried to go back to where he came from and teach other slaves what he had learned when he left. while he was gone he learned how to read and write and thats what he tried to teach the others. while john was trying ro teach them he finally got caught on a farm but he was not killed.
    the other book we read was called Mascot. Mascot was about Malcom x, Malcom went to school with his siblings but he ended up gettin into trouble, then he was set to a different home where he had white parents. while malcom was in his new invironment he tried to fit in with the white kids and he was actually sccessfull in making male friends but he couldnt find female white friends because they didnt wanna talk to him
    last we watched a movie called the great debaters, this movie was about a small school of african americans wh made a debate team, on this debate team they had the first girl to ever make the team. this debate team was special because they ended up beating alot of different collages. when they got really good they got a letter form a white collage and they actually ended up beating that college in a debate during time of segregation and racism

make up blog 1

this is a make up blog so i will just talk about my favorit unit that we did. i think that funnest unit that we did is the current unit, mystery and suspence. i lke this unit because we are not only reading mystery stories but we are watching movies that have to do wih mystery and suspence. one of the movies we watched was the illusionist i especially liked that movie because outside of it being a movie for the unit it was a good and intertaining movie

Last week of school

the unit we are doing now in english is very funny and entertaining. i liked watching the movie "when a stranger calls" that movie was hilarious the other thing i like about this unit is the mystery, everything we read/watch is never predictable and i like guessing what the twist is. i hope when we get back to school we can watch more movies and try to find the twist
